The Little Caesars Arena project exemplifies the value of Jones' preconstruction services for large-scale, custom projects. Prior to putting the contract out for bid, Jones was asked to assist in developing the project specifications and budget. Jones worked with the design team and general contractor to ultimately win the design/build contract based on our conceptual design package bid.
